There are two Data Card options. If your laptop features wireless LAN connectivity (eg. Intel Centrino Wireless technology) you will only need to purchase the 3G/GSM Data Card as your laptop already has it. If it does not have wireless LAN connectivity you will need to purchase the 3G/GSM/WiFi card.
